Weekend Supervisor (LPN)

Pay

New Starting Pay: $37.97/HR – $53.58/HR (based on licensed experience).

Location: Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Corvallis, OR.

Schedule

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 8‑hour shift) 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

About the role

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for residents and supporting floor staff as needed. You’ll provide leadership, supervision, and direct care to ensure the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents.
• Support floor staff as needed.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Deliver direct care to residents, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate service.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Oregon.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care.
• Leadership skills for supervising nursing staff and commitment to high‑quality care.
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on residents’ lives.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing practices.
