Weekend Supervisor, LPN
About the role
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $28 to $32 per hour, with weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) and a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
- Aid with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Long-term care and rehab experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
