Weekend split shift caregiver in Plover

About the Role

I am seeking a dependable, respectful caregiver to join my team and provide essential daily support that promotes my safety, dignity, and independence. This is a meaningful one-on-one role supporting me in my home in Plover, WI. I'm a friendly guy that likes to joke around. My wife is my secondary caregiver, and we like to build strong relationships with everyone on our team.

You will assist me with daily living tasks, mobility, and health-related routines. Support includes:

• Transfers and mobility assistance helping me safely in and out of bed using a Hoyer lift
• Compression socks applying and removing them as part of my daily care
• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Wheelchair support: understanding that I control my power wheelchair with a straw device
• Positioning and comfort: ensuring safe, comfortable body alignment
• Companionship: conversation, presence, and respectful engagement

Schedule

Part-time, split shift weekends:

• Friday: 7–8 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8–9:30 am and 7–8 pm

Additional weekday hours may be available.

Pay

$20 per hour.

Requirements

• Patient, mindful, and reliable
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care
• Able to follow clear routines, communicate well, and be punctual
• Outgoing and fun

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a caregiver background check
• Experience with quadriplegia or complex physical needs is helpful but not required; training will be provided
