You'll never walk into a new client home unprepared. Before working independently with a new client, you will receive:

• A personal introduction to the client
• Information about their routine and preferences
• Details about their care needs and expectations
• Guidance on who to contact for support

Schedule

Split Shift Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday (every other weekend): 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

This position offers a consistent schedule, reliable clients, and opportunities to pick up additional hours as they become available.

Pay

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 Retention Bonus
• $250 Employee Referral Bonus
• Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Previous caregiving experience preferred

State-required online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid).
