Weekend short shift caregiver in Plover

About the role

I am seeking a dependable, respectful caregiver to join my team and to provide essential daily support that promotes my safety, dignity, and independence. This is a meaningful one-on-one role supporting me in my home in Plover, WI. I'm a friendly guy that likes to joke around. My wife is my secondary caregiver and we like to build strong relationships with everyone on our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks
• Mobility assistance using a Hoyer lift
• Compression socks application and removal
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Wheelchair support and understanding how to use a straw device for control
• Positioning and comfort maintenance
• Companionship, conversation, and respectful engagement

Requirements

• Part time schedule: Fridays 7-8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8-9:30am and/or 7-8pm
• Able to follow clear routines, communicate well, and be punctual
• Outgoing and fun personality

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Reliable transportation
• Pass caregiver background check
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care
• Experience with quadriplegia or complex physical needs is helpful but not required (training will be provided)
