Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor

Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation – Weekend Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Part‑Time, Skilled Nursing Facility.

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate RN or LPN with strong leadership skills to supervise nursing staff during the weekend shift, ensuring high‑quality care for our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the weekend shift.
• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence.
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off‑hours.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, residents, and families.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
• Passion for elder care and a team‑first attitude.

Schedule

Weekend shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, part‑time.
