About the role

Keep production moving by ensuring our manufacturing teams have the right materials at the right time to build premium fitness equipment used around the globe. As a Material Handler on our Weekend Shift, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM). Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours, enjoying a three-day workweek with four days off every week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team leads to ensure production areas are supplied and ready to minimize downtime.
  • Organize, store, transport, and stage materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Accurately complete routers, tags, and other inventory documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, overages, or material concerns.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Complete inventory and material transactions accurately within Oracle.
  • Deliver parts and supplies to production teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Remove and distribute empty pallets, baskets, and containers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support other warehouse and production activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements

  • Successfully complete a visual acuity examination as required for the position.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Push and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and handle materials throughout the workday.
  • Operate a forklift for extended periods.

Pay

Base wage: $20.70 - $24.60 per hour, with eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. Opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides additional compensation based on performance metrics.
