About the role

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position ensures a stable flow of materials in the supply chain and involves safety-sensitive job duties under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.

Responsibilities

  • Move all received material to designated kit or warehouse locations—both physically and via system entry (Glovia).
  • Complete kits by pulling items listed on pick lists or BOMs; assign kit bay locations for storage.
  • Provide kits, raw, and consumable materials to production to support manufacturing.
  • Perform all necessary Glovia transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate any inventory or material issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior material handling experience desired.
  • Forklift Operator Certificate required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferably Glovia).
  • Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse environments.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typical of metal fabrication shops. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, paint masks/respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes.

Schedule

Full-time position. Days and hours of work are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
