Dakotaland Manufacturing is growing our weekend shift and looking for motivated Machine Operators and experienced CNC Machinists who want a strong schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build a career in precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Read drawings and specifications
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
• Make machine adjustments
• Help ensure parts are completed safely, accurately, and on time
• Assist with setups, offsets, troubleshooting, and supporting newer team members (for experienced machinists)

Requirements

• Dependable people who take pride in their work
• Communicate well with their team
• Care about producing high-quality parts
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, calipers, micrometers, machine offsets, setups, or troubleshooting is highly valued
