Weekend Shift Die Cutter

About the role

ID Technology, part of ProMach, is seeking Die‑cutter Operators for a new weekend shift at its Fort Worth, TX location. You will help produce quality flexographic label products, work with a team‑player mindset, and take pride in your contributions. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the finishing die cutter
• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment
• Monitor the daily ship list and communicate progress or problems to the Production Manager
• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity or comfort operating small machinery
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Good communication skills and a desire to help the team succeed
