About the Role

Provide clinical leadership to the skilled nursing team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in a collaborative environment. This role serves as Charge Nurse during emergencies and supports a mission-driven organization with a focus on serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Assess resident health and respond to clinical needs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and investigate incidents
• Foster teamwork and support staff development
• Lead during emergencies and maintain operational oversight

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Compassion for serving older adults
