About the role
Nazareth Home is seeking an innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) House Supervisor to join the team at their Highlands Campus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Effectively interact with residents, family members, and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
- Supervise the nursing care on the unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Ability to commute/relocate to Louisville, KY 40205 (preferred).
- License: RN License (Required), LPN license.
- BLS Certification (Required).

- Hourly rate plus $3 shift differential.
