Responsibilities
- Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies
- Administer medications and professional nursing services
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics
- Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care
- Investigate complaints and report to leadership
- Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements
- Provide nursing reports at shift changes
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program with current RN license in Missouri
- Leadership ability with willingness to supervise diverse staff
