About the role
The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership to the nursing team in a skilled nursing setting, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high‑quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team
- Oversee daily operations
- Support staff
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Assess resident health and respond to clinical needs
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Serve as Charge Nurse during emergencies
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate attitude toward older adults
