About the role
We are seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Creating a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
- Providing information and responding to questions from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Protecting resident confidentiality and managing care documentation
- Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency
