Responsibilities
- Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Serve as support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Provide direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
