Position Overview
Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisors to support nursing operations across all weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned weekend shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Provide hands‑on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Active New Jersey State RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekend shifts across all schedules
Pay
Up to $53 per hour
