About the role

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an RN – Registered Nurse Supervisor to join the clinical team in maintaining high level resident care. We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented RN Supervisor with strong leadership and supervisory skills who is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & supervise shifts
• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
• Assess residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status
• Participate in the care planning process
• Supervise certified nursing assistants
• Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Missouri state RN/Registered Nurse license

Skills

• RN shift supervisor experience – preferred
