Weekend RN/LVN

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and family/social activities.
• Promote an independent lifestyle among residents.
• Identify and document resident medical and behavioral changes.
• Develop and monitor care plans, and reassess residents regularly.
• Prepare daily reports to the DON regarding community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs.
• Provide nursing care as per physician's orders, following recognized nursing practices and policies.
• Ensure provision of preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents.
• Coordinate nursing care with other healthcare disciplines.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification.

Pay

$35/hr starting salary.

Schedule

Shift: 7am-7pm (Saturday-Sunday).
