About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a welcoming environment. Duties include greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Manage reservations and availability
- Absorb and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
