About the role

The production supervisor position at CTDI is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This role supervises production within assigned areas or shifts, with options for weekend or part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembling items, performing quality control, or packaging goods for shipment.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing accurate reporting that consistently meets customer expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.
  • Provide first-level support for escalated issues during work shifts.
  • Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
  • Engage with customers professionally, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are promptly resolved.
  • Engage in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Aid in P&L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
