About the role

As the Weekend Production Supervisor, you’ll partner with the production manager to keep operations running smoothly and develop your team. You’ll oversee tube-bending to customer specifications, troubleshoot safety, quality, and operational issues, set daily goals, allocate resources, and help plan facility and workforce improvements. You’ll also monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, coach staff, organize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, ensure ISO and OSHA compliance, and report on team performance.

Pay

Hourly wages based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Friday–Sunday 5 pm–5 am, plus the same hours on alternating Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial work environment
  • Experience using ERP systems (Epicor is a plus)
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Comfort using equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, and CNC machines
  • Technical understanding of production machinery, OSHA standards, and quality control
  • 21+ years of age (required for driving activities)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification or ability to complete company-provided training
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • CPR, First-Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certification/training (a plus)

Skills

  • Accurately reading and following technical work instructions and documents
  • Lifting 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Accurately reading tape measures and digital calipers
  • Performing basic math (addition, multiplication, division, etc.)
  • Actively listening to team members, delivering clear instructions, and providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Leading by example to demonstrate integrity, accountability, and positivity
  • Making sound decisions under pressure
  • Setting team goals, efficiently delegating tasks, and evaluating performance
  • Prioritizing responsibilities, resolving problems, and managing daily operations
  • Adapting to changing circumstances and navigating unexpected obstacles or complex situations
