Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recreational programs that enhance community engagement and environmental awareness.
• Manage and maintain recreational facilities and equipment to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with local communities to plan and execute outdoor events and activities.
• Monitor and report on usage patterns and feedback from users to inform program improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in recreation management, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in outdoor recreation management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to lead and manage teams, including volunteers.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
