Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededSupport patients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasksMonitor and report changes in patient condition or behavior to supervising staffOffer companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-beingDocument care activities accurately and in a timely mannerFollow individualized care plans and adhere to home health safety protocols Requirements: Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferredCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plusAvailability to work weekends on a PRN (as-needed) basisReliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Nineveh, IN areaStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanorAbility to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervisionMust pass a background check and meet applicable state requirements About Us: Independence Home Health LLC is a trusted provider of in-home healthcare services dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
