About the Role: Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend PRN Aides to join our team in Columbus IN! Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededMonitor and document patient health status and report changes to supervising staffSupport clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping dutiesAdminister medication reminders and assist with daily living activities (ADLs)Build trusting, respectful relationships with patients and their familiesFollow individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient records Requirements: Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or similar role preferredValid HHA or CNA certification is a plusReliable transportation to travel to patient homes in and around Nineveh, INAvailability to work weekend shifts on a PRN (as-needed) basisStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approachAbility to work independently while adhering to care plan guidelinesMust pass a background check and meet state home health aide requirements About Us: Independence Home Health LLC is a trusted provider of in-home healthcare services dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
