Responsibilities
- Manage operations of your assigned unit
- Ensure residents receive a high standard of care
- Supervise activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensure adequate staffing for our residents’ needs
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license
- CPR certification
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
