Weekend Overnight Shift Inventory Clerk

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
  • Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
  • Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
  • Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Attention to detail: ability to spot discrepancies and handle small details with patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
  • Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
  • Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
  • Reliability and strong teamwork.

Pay

$20.02 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Saturday-Tuesday 4:00 PM-2:30 AM (off days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).
