Weekend Day Shift Inventory Clerk

About the role

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
• Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
• Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause.
• Status Savvy: Manage inventory at varying status levels and ensure proper handling.
• Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts and other tasks.
• Collaborative Communicator: Work alongside customers and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Tackle other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing items and handle discrepancies.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
• Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or WMS preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Forklift Certified: Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
• Reliable: Dependable and a key member of the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience with inventory management and/or warehouse operations.
• Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and tech-savvy.

Pay

$20.02 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential

Schedule

Saturday-Tuesday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (off days Wed., Thurs., and Fri.)
