About the role
ATI Forged Products is seeking a Weekend Operations Supervisor for their Appleton, WI facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for owning and executing weekend operations across NDT Ultrasonic Immersion, machining, quality (CMM), shipping/receiving, and facilities coordination.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams in a high-mix, high-accountability environment
- Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and deliver results through others
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong NDT UT experience, immersion systems highly preferred
- Level II or higher UT certification
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience with CMM inspection and quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP)
- Leverage Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership experience
- Technical training, journeyman certification, or relevant college coursework
