Schedule
Friday–Sunday
- Daytime: Provide scheduled home health/hospice patient visits throughout the service area.
- Evenings & Nights: Provide hospice on-call coverage for urgent patient and family needs. Respond to calls, assess patient needs, provide telephone triage and clinical guidance, and make in-person visits when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team, providers, pharmacies, facilities, caregivers, and families.
- Participate in admissions or other visits as needed.
Requirements
- Current WA State RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation – or optional company vehicle
- Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
