WEEKEND & ON-CALL REGISTERED NURSE

Schedule

Friday–Sunday. Daytime: scheduled home health/hospice patient visits across the service area. Evenings & nights: hospice on-call coverage for urgent patient and family needs—respond to calls, assess needs, provide telephone triage and clinical guidance, and make in-person visits when necessary. Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, facilities, caregivers, and families; participate in admissions or other visits as needed.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving abstract and reliable transportation (or optional company vehicle)
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
