Weekend On-Call In Home Caregiver or CNA

Job Summary

Comfort Keepers of Southern Pines, NC is seeking a reliable, honest, caring individual to provide non-medical, in-home support services for seniors. This position includes providing companionship, home management, and skilled care giving services in urgent situations.

About the Role

This role involves providing companionship to seniors requiring socialization and/or minimal guidance to ensure a safe, protected, clean, and orderly environment. The On-Call Caregiver must be available every other weekend from 5 PM Friday - 9 PM Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and socialization to seniors
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly living environment
• Offer skilled care giving services in urgent situations
• Respond to calls within 20 minutes

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Current insurance policy
• At least one year professional experience as a caregiver or home health aide
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• Pass a national background check and drug screen

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15 - $17 per hour.

Schedule

The On-Call Caregiver must be available every other weekend from 5 PM Friday - 9 PM Sunday.
