Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred
• A valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting clients' daily needs with initiative
• Maintaining clients' health and safety at home
• Following an individualized, written Plan of Care
• Providing personal care, monitoring the environment for safety risks, and performing duties such as personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and others as assigned.
