About the role
Companions Forever is hiring for multiple service areas across Connecticut. Shifts include Weekday, Weekend, Awake Overnight, and Live-In options.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
- Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Document care and provide reminders as directed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Open availability preferred
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
