Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication schedules
• Facilitate communication between individuals and healthcare providers
• Engage in recreational and therapeutic activities to promote well-being
• Document observations and progress reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred
• Passing background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Skills
