About the role

The Home Instead agency provides nonmedical care to clients, allowing them to remain in their homes safely and with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation and medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Personal care tasks
• Caregiving to clients suffering with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other chronic illnesses

Requirements

• Driver License
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Pass a National and State Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but willingness to learn and embody the following characteristics is essential:
• Treat and care for clients with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients, staff, and others professionally and with a friendly demeanor
• Willingness to bring positive change to the lives of those in need

Pay

Starting pay for 4 hour shifts or more - $14 per hour

Schedule

Weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays)
