Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN

About the role

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor position at Hickory Creek at Columbus is a full-time day shift opportunity. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents during weekends
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely
• Conduct rounds and assessments to monitor resident health status
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers
• Manage inventory and supplies for the weekend shift

Requirements

• Current RN license in Indiana
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling
