About the Role
The Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required), with 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing, able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required, and CPR certified. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care.
- Serves as a role model for professional behavior and ethical conduct.
- Supervises licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
- Ensures compliance with state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- CPR certified.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including 7a-7p on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay
USD $35.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
All shifts are 7a-7p on Saturdays and Sundays.
