St. Peters Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and provide high-quality resident care.

Schedule
All shifts available – 8-hour and 16-hour options. Weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Missouri
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in their activities of daily living
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data
- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
