Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for homecare assignments, providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on prescribed orders, and monitoring signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing patient data
• Documenting diagnoses
• Delivering personalized nursing services
• Adhering to nursing protocols
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient health in a home environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license
• TB or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification
• Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience
