Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Missouri
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in their activities of daily living
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data
- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
