Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to senior residents
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions
• Support and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a resident-focused, supportive environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LPN license
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
