Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to senior residents in a supportive environment.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Support and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs and the interdisciplinary team.
