About the Role

Life's At Home Care is seeking a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting the team across Hampton Roads. This role involves covering weekend shifts, traveling between client homes, and guiding caregivers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
• Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
• Support and guide caregivers in the field
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Provide medication reminders and documentation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs

Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (required – no exceptions)
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Compassion, reliability, and professionalism

Pay

$17.00 per hour
