About the role
Life’s At Home Care is seeking a dedicated Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver exceptional care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads. This full-time role guarantees 40 hours per week and involves traveling between client homes in Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, and Hampton.
As a Lead Care Provider, you’ll step in where help is needed most, ensure consistent high-quality care, and serve as a mentor to fellow caregivers. This isn’t just about filling shifts — it’s about leading with purpose.
