Lead Caregiver 7AM - 7PM Every other weekend

About the role

Lead Caregivers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. They also assist in planning and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care team to ensure all residents receive quality care.
• Develop and implement care plans based on residents' needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in training new caregivers and maintaining staff morale.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in caregiving or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to caregiving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
