Responsibilities

• Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus
• Show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
• Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values and wisdom of residents and understand the aging process
• Work in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies
• Utilize guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures
• Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition both physically and emotionally
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use
• Report observations related to resident care per facility standard
