Weekend Harvest Workers

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintains clean worksite by shoveling and sweeping
• Supervises dumping of product into product pits
• Monitors the receipt of incoming product
• Complies with company safety policies and maintains GMP and SQF procedures
• Timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Must-haves

• Ability to work independently
• Previous harvest experience (nice-to-have)

Work Conditions

• Frequently required to: stand and/or walk, use ladders, and climb stairs, bend and stoop, reach, push/pull, kneel and crouch
• Lift, carry and/or move items up to 50 pounds, without assistance
• Use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls
• Verbally communicate
• Adjust focus to see close objects
• Frequent exposure to a non-climate-controlled environment
• Frequent exposure to dust and loud noise
• Frequent exposure to machinery and mechanical, moving parts
• Required to wear personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection, safety glasses, hair net and food safety related items
