Weekend Harvest Workers

Responsibilities
- Monitors the receipt of incoming product
- Supervises dumping of product into product pits
- Keeps worksite clean by shoveling and sweeping
- Complies with company safety policies and maintains a clean and orderly work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Nice‑to‑have: Previous harvest experience
Work Conditions
Frequently (more than 75 % of the time) required to stand and/or walk, use ladders, climb stairs, bend and stoop, reach, push/pull, kneel and crouch, and lift, carry, or move items up to 50 lb without assistance. Must use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, communicate verbally, and hear. Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Frequently exposed to a non‑climate‑controlled environment, dust, loud noise, and machinery with moving parts. Personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, hair net, and food‑safety items is required.
Pay
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule
Weekly pay with a flexible schedule.
