Weekend Group Facilitator

Position: Weekend Group Facilitator Location: Brookfield, WI Schedule: Part-Time Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Therapist/Facilitator to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone with strong group facilitation experience and a passion for supporting individuals in recovery. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate therapeutic groups for clients in both Residential and IOP levels of careLead weekend residential groupsCollaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of careParticipate in clinical meetings and complete required documentation Qualifications: Credentialed as: SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC , LCP-IT, LPC, LMFT-IT, LMFT, APSW, LCSWExperience running or co-facilitating therapeutic groups for clients with substance use disordersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for recovery work
